Briefing Notes
The Commission for Railway Regulation may at times develop briefing notes for entities subject to regulation.
These notes contain general information on a topic, and point to relevant guidance that the CRR may already have published.
Their aim is to give a high level overview of a topic to entities and assist them in developming an understanding of the role of the CRR in relation to that topic. They are not guidance, nor do they provide a detailed overview of the legal framework that may apply to an entity.
